Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead net-new logo sales in the mid-market and enterprise space across the US. You’ll present HCM and Payroll solutions, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with a seasoned support and implementation team to win and deploy solutions.

Candidates should have 5+ years of HRMS/Payroll sales, a hunter mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years selling HCM/Payroll solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with strong prospecting discipline.
• Experience with multiple prospecting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Sell HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations.
• New Logo Hunter; develop proposals for prospects.
• Present HCM products to final decision makers and end users.
• Identify opportunities and develop sales/marketing proposals.
• Maintain knowledge of the HCM/SaaS market and competitors.
