Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union seeks an HR Systems Analyst III to act as a systems expert responsible for advanced configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of HR technology. This role partners with Product Managers and business leaders to translate needs into scalable solutions, guiding testing and implementation efforts across the HR tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience supporting HR technology systems or similar platforms.
• Experience configuring and supporting multiple functions within enterprise HR systems such as Workday, LMS platforms, ServiceNow, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a lead subject matter expert and leading complex system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Establish configuration standards and architect HR technology solutions across domains with scalable data integrity.
• Lead design and support of system enhancements, integrations, and workflow design.
• Serve as technical lead for enterprise HR technology initiatives and major implementations.
• Resolve complex, cross-functional issues and advise on system improvements and user experience.
• Establish update, testing, releases, and upgrade strategies for HR systems.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user procedures.
