Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking an HR Systems Analyst III to serve as a systems expert, leading advanced configuration, testing, and implementation across HR technology. You will partner with Product Managers to optimize capabilities, assess downstream impacts, and guide long-term technology decisions to improve data integrity and user experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience supporting HR technology systems or similar platforms.
• Experience configuring and supporting multiple functions within enterprise HR systems such as Workday, LMS platforms, ServiceNow, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading highly complex system implementations, integrations, or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish configuration standards and architect scalable HR technology solutions across multiple domains.
• Lead design and support of complex system enhancements, integrations, and process automation.
• Serve as technical lead for HR technology initiatives and major implementations.
• Resolve complex system issues and guide product managers on improvements.
• Establish testing strategies, releases, and upgrades.
• Develop system documentation standards and data integrity audits.
• Mentor HR System Administrators and Analysts; collaborate with HR, Finance, IT.
• Contribute to broader HR technology initiatives and optimization efforts.
• Build and troubleshoot system integrations.
• Provide guidance on system capabilities and architecture decisions.
