Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking an HR Systems Analyst I to support the configuration, optimization, and performance of HR technology systems. You will handle standard configuration, reporting, testing, data validation, and issue resolution while collaborating with HR, Technology, and business teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of HR tech experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting HR technology systems.
• Experience with standard system configuration, testing, reporting, data validation, and issue resolution.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems such as Workday, learning platforms, ServiceNow, or similar technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain standard HR technology functionality to support business processes.
• Partner with Product Management to clarify business needs and translate requirements into configurations.
• Evaluate new system capabilities, research AI-enabled features, and document value, risks, and readiness.
