Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking an HR Systems Analyst I to support configuration, optimization, and ongoing performance of HR technology systems, delivering reliable solutions for a positive team member experience.

You will handle standard configuration, testing, data validation, reporting, and issue resolution, partnering with HR, Technology, and business teams to translate needs into effective system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting HR technology systems or similar platforms.
• Experience with standard system configuration, testing, reporting, data validation, and issue resolution.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or ServiceNow preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain standard HR technology functionality to support business processes and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with Product Management to clarify business needs and translate requirements into configurations and enhancements.
• Evaluate new or updated system capabilities, including AI-enabled features, and document value, risks, and readiness considerations.
• Support system updates, releases, upgrades, testing, validation, deployment, and post-production support.
