Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union seeks an HR Systems Analyst I to support the configuration, optimization, and performance of HR technology systems, enhancing the team member experience. You will handle standard configuration, reporting, testing, data validation, and issue resolution while collaborating with HR, Technology, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, information systems, analytics, or a related field, or 2 combined years of equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting HR technology systems, including configuration, testing, reporting, and data validation.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain standard HR technology functionality to support processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with Product Management to clarify business needs and translate requirements into configurations.
• Evaluate new system capabilities, including AI-enabled features, and document value, risks, and readiness.
• Support system enhancements, workflows, integrations, and process automation.
• Troubleshoot moderately complex system issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain system documentation, test scripts, and user procedures.
