Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking an HR Systems Analyst III to act as a systems expert for configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of HR technology. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, lead complex deployments, and guide technology decisions across HR disciplines to improve data integrity and user experience.

The role partners with Product Managers and leaders to optimize capabilities, assess downstream impacts, and shape roadmaps while ensuring secure,

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience supporting HR technology systems.
Experience configuring and supporting multiple functions within enterprise HR systems such as Workday, LMS platforms, ServiceNow, or similar technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, analytics or related field; or 3 combined years of progressive equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Establish configuration standards and architect highly complex HR technology solutions across domains.
Partner with Product Management to influence roadmaps and future capabilities.
Lead evaluation of emerging AI capabilities and HR technology trends.
Design and support complex system enhancements, integrations, and automation.
Serve as technical lead for enterprise HR technology initiatives and major implementations.
Resolve highly complex issues; lead root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
