Mountain America Credit Union is seeking an HR Systems Analyst I to help configure, optimize, and support HR technology across the organization, delivering reliable experiences for team members.

The role handles standard configuration, testing, data validation, and issue resolution, while collaborating with HR, Technology, and business teams to implement improvements and AI-enabled features where appropriate. This position requires a detail-oriented communicator.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting HR technology systems.
• Experience with standard configuration, testing, reporting, and data validation.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or similar HR platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain HR technology functionality to support processes.
• Collaborate with Product Management to document requirements and translate into configurations.
• Evaluate new system capabilities including AI features and document value and risks.
• Support updates, releases, and deployments with testing and validation.
• Develop reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
