Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own the Workday system and broader HR technology. You will drive complex configurations, security, and data migrations while partnering with HR business owners to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.

The role demands deep technical skills and strong collaboration across functions. You will mentor peers, lead testing cycles, and produce clear documentation and roadmaps to advance HR operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in Workday HRIS administration.
• 8+ years experience working with business stakeholders in cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS database design and data tools.
• Experience implementing HR solutions across employee life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR technology portfolio and roadmap with HRIS leadership and stakeholders.
• Own and execute Workday administration: configuration, security, and migrations.
• Lead user acceptance cycles with test scenarios and cases.
• Mentor junior HRIS Analysts and provide functional Workday support.
• Develop documentation: BPMs, data flows, requirements, user flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and UX.
