Job summary

Planet Pharma seeks a Temp Senior HRIS Analyst with deep Workday expertise to shape and scale our HR technology ecosystem. You will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize Workday functionality, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will lead configurations, enhancements, and global rollouts, translating business needs into scalable Workday solutions. Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience in configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and experience configuring Workday HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Security.
• Experience supporting or leading Workday implementations, enhancements, or other significant system changes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HR data privacy, security, and compliance requirements, including SOX and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM processes and modules.
• Lead system enhancements, releases, and new features with People Technology Leads.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency by evaluating current processes.
• Maintain data integrity through audits, validation, and monitoring.
• Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Support Workday implementations, global rollouts, and post-launch support.
• Troubleshoot Workday issues and document solutions.
