Job summary

Honest Health is actively seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to lead the implementation and optimization of our HR systems, with a focus on Workday modules and integrations.

You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and stakeholders to drive automation and scalable processes across the employee lifecycle. You will design, configure, and support HRIS platforms, ensure data integrity, and deliver reports and analytics to inform workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HRIS administration.
• Experience with Workday Core HR and Payroll.
• Hands-on configuration and support of multiple HR modules.
• Strong understanding of data structures, integrations, and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and compliance requirements related to HR data.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and system integrity.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new Workday modules and enhancements, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Serve as SME and admin for HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity and optimization.
• Evaluate HR tech landscape to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll and stakeholders to design integrated solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and SOPs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot HRIS integrations with payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and ATS.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics on workforce trends and metrics.
• Stay current on HR technology trends and best practices.
• Support audits, compliance, and security for data privacy.
• Provide training and support to HR and business users.
• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
