Job summary

Allied Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to optimize and support Workday across HR domains. The role partners with HR, IT, and vendors to enhance functionality, improve processes, and ensure data integrity while driving operational excellence.

The candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead small projects. A Pro Certification is preferred, with a focus on system lifecycle and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience (Configuration, Development, Security, Advanced Reporting/Dashboards).
• Workday Pro Certification is preferred.
• Experience across full system lifecycle: requirements, analysis, design, testing, deployment, upgrades.
• Strong understanding of HR domain and workflows.
• Ability to present technical information to varied audiences.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a team.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday modules including Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Learning.
• Troubleshoot system, integration, and data issues; identify root cause and implement solutions.
• Support Workday integrations (EIBs, Cloud Connect); coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
• Manage HRIS support tickets; ensure timely resolution and strong end-user support.
• Maintain system security (roles, security groups, domain policies) per privacy/audit requirements.
• Ensure data integrity through audits and proactive monitoring.
