Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead the HR technology portfolio, collaborate with HR business owners, and drive complex Workday configurations. The role focuses on day-to-day HRIS operations, security, and scalable automation to improve the colleague experience.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable HRIS processes, mentor teammates, and guide the HRIS roadmap across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in WorkdayHRIS administration and configuration
• Experience partnering with cross-functional business stakeholders
• Knowledge of HRIS database design, structure, functions, and data integrity audits
• Experience with employee lifecycle transactions: onboarding, leaves, benefits, terminations

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR technology portfolio and roadmap with HRIS leadership and stakeholders
• Own and execute Workday system administration, configuration, and security
• Lead cross-functional projects involving Workday and other HR technology solutions
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing with documented scenarios and test cases
• Mentor junior HRIS Analysts and provide SME support for Workday modules
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience
