Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a Sr HRIS Analyst to manage HRIS setup, maintenance, reporting, testing, and optimization in a hybrid Reston, VA environment. You will lead HRIS modules, ensure data integrity, governance, and collaborate with vendors to deliver secure, scalable HRIS solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years of HRIS/Workday experience, strong Cognos BI reporting, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HRIS/related project experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems, reporting, and payroll.
• Proven Workday admin and payroll knowledge.
• Strong BI reporting skills with Cognos.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and optimize HRIS systems and data integrity.
• Lead or support HRIS modules across regions per requirements.
• Develop reports, audits, and interfaces with external vendors.
• Coordinate security and controls within HRIS/payroll systems.
• Deliver end-user training and support for HRIS modules.
