Job summary

Wesco, a global leader in distribution and supply chain solutions, seeks a Senior Analyst - HRIS to partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders. You will optimize HRIS data, dashboards, and reports, leveraging Oracle HCM Cloud and analytics to drive workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• 5 years of direct experience supporting human resources is required.
• 3 years with HRIS and Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud knowledge required; 5 years preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud highly preferred.
• 3 years of SQL on Oracle database environment; 5 years preferred.
• 3 years of data analytics experience; 5 years preferred.
• AI-enabled features within the HRIS environment preferred.
• Experience with Incorta, UKG Pro Payroll/Workforce Management and/or ADP Celergo highly preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to write technical documents to implement new functionality.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between business, HR director, process owners, and 3rd party development vendor for HRIS needs.
• Mentors business representatives through software development lifecycle and supports new functionality and process improvement initiatives.
• Provides technical, operations, and training support to HRIS users and delivers end user training.
• Manages HRIS projects with minimal supervision and escalates issues when needed.
• Manages application and reporting system support requests and provides ad hoc reporting.
• Manages data loads, scrubbing and validation.
• Coordinates with IT resources for security setup and acquisitions tasks.
• Performs analysis to identify root causes of data problems and recommends improvements.
• Recommends and plans for new applications to standardize HR systems across regions.
