Job summary

TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries) is seeking an experienced Oracle HRIS Specialist to optimize our Oracle HCM Cloud environment and automate complex HR processes. You will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure accurate data, scalable configurations, and efficient reporting across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, and Benefits.

You will manage quarterly updates, drive process improvements, and mentor junior team members while building robust documentation and SOPs for internal users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on with Oracle HCM Cloud across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Absence, etc.
• Experience leading system implementations, enhancements, or upgrades in Oracle HCM environments.
• Proficient with HDL, HDL Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher for complex reporting.
• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Oracle HCM Cloud, owning configuration and support across modules.
• Lead system enhancement projects from requirements to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable HCM configurations.
• Oversee Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, perform regression testing, implement new features.
• Build and maintain advanced OTBI and BI Publisher reports for analytics and compliance.
• Coordinate integrations and data loads across HRIS systems with data integrity.
