Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM specialist to drive design, data conversion, and integrations during a major HR transformation. You will collaborate with HRIC, IT, and payroll teams to ensure a smooth cutover and reliable post‑go‑live support.

The role demands deep Oracle HCM expertise, strong SQL and reporting skills, and a track record of delivering complex HR data conversions within enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in a related field with Oracle HCM Cloud technical experience.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with BI Publisher and HDL.
• Experience designing data conversion, integrations and reporting for HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration architecture decisions across the Oracle Cloud HCM conversion.
• Coordinate testing, data conversion validation, and cutover readiness with HRIC.
• Provide technical solutions and testing support to HRIS configuration changes.
• Mentor HRIC analysts and developers to sustain capability post go-live.
• Identify redesigns of legacy processes for Oracle Cloud HCM.
