Highmark Health is seeking an HR Technology professional to support HR systems and configure business processes across enterprise areas. You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to analyze issues, gather requirements, and deploy improved features.

You will conduct user sessions, design process improvements, and ensure delivery within update cycles. Experience with HR systems and business analysis is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5 years' experience designing HR IT solutions.
• 2 years' experience with Workday/Kronos/Salesforce or LMS.
• 3 years' functional HR business process experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of future application features and map requirements to system capabilities.
• Define capabilities to deliver customer strategy and align with SMEs.
• Coordinate upgrades and maintenance, and schedule deployment plans.
• Lead design activities translating business processes into functional requirements.
• Perform unit testing and document hand-offs for business processes.
• Adhere to change control for audits, updates, and projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy HR technology solutions.
