Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead Talent Management initiatives within the People Solutions (Human Resources) team. The role focuses on delivering senior leadership across complex engagements, managing risk, and advancing quality for stakeholders in a dynamic advisory environment.

The ideal candidate will apply technical HR knowledge, build trusted relationships, and drive growth through strategic partnerships, integration of diversity and inclusion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or other related field required, master’s degree preferred
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) preferred.
• Eight years of relevant experience in talent management or a related field
• Working knowledge of the principles, processes, methodologies, and quality standards relevant to Talent Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the systems, applications, research tools, and collaboration platforms used by the team.
• Ability to manage priorities, maintain accurate and complete documentation, protect confidential information, and meet established deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, problem-solving, organization, and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Management engagements and operational priorities with effective risk management.
• Develop and analyze people-related metrics to drive business solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership on employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Drive business development through executive client relationships and proposals.
• Provide guidance in employee relations and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
