Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for Talent Management engagements and programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to advance client service and growth.
• Develop and analyze people metrics to drive business solutions.
• Lead initiatives supporting firm vision, growth and people strategies.
• Support performance management and compensation review processes.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Drive business development through executive client relationship expansion.
