Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead a high-performing HR team in NACF PXT, driving strategic talent initiatives, risk management, and data-informed decisions aligned with business goals.

The role emphasizes leadership development, employee experience, culture transformation, and adoption of HR technology to deliver excellent service across Amazon facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 5+ years of human resources or mix of equivalent experiences.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Experience using data and high-judgement to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals, coaching them to elevate beyond tactical execution to become strategic partners.
• Drive a culture of proactive risk identification and mitigation by establishing early warning systems and data insights.
• Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health and drive HR innovation.
• Partner with business leadership to develop integrated talent strategies and succession planning.
• Lead in the use of analytics and AI tools to uncover patterns and inform decisions for senior stakeholders.
• Set strategic goals for culture transformation and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
