Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to serve as a strategic partner for the NACF PXT team. You will lead a diverse HR team, drive talent strategies, and leverage analytics and AI tools to inform decisions and shape organizational health.

You will work onsite at an Amazon facility in Virginia Beach, collaborating with senior leaders to deliver scalable HR solutions, improve employee experience, and ensure risk management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 5+ years of human resources experience or equivalent.
• Experience using data and high-judgement to drive business decisions.
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse HR team and elevate partners to strategic roles.
• Establish early warning systems to identify and mitigate risks using data.
• Shape and execute strategies for employee experience and organizational health.
