Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to serve as a strategic partner on the North America PXT team, focusing on leadership development, employee experience, culture, and change management. The role balances tactical excellence with strategic insight and partners with local leadership, centralized support, and systems to deliver high-quality employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management
• Experience using data and high-judgement to drive business decisions
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals, coaching them to elevate beyond tactical execution to become strategic partners who proactively identify and mitigate organizational risks while delivering exceptional service
• Drive a culture of proactive risk identification and mitigation by establishing early warning systems, leveraging data insights, and building strong partnerships across functions
• Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health; drive innovation in HR practices while ensuring sustainable execution
• Partner with business leadership to develop and execute integrated talent strategies
• Lead team in use of analytics and AI tools to uncover patterns and drive data-informed decisions
• Set goals for culture transformation with leaders and drive DEI initiatives
• Drive strategic adoption of HR technology while preserving high-touch support
