Job summary

Auction.com is seeking a strategic HRBP and Learning & Development leader to partner with Sales and Operations in shaping talent, org design, and capability building. You will own end-to-end L&D for sales, drive onboarding, and leadership development in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of HR experience with HRBP scope and 3+ years in L&D, plus strong coaching, analytics, and program-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Business, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with significant HRBP scope.
• 3+ years of L&D or organizational development experience (or blended role).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and Operations leaders, providing both day-to-day coaching and strategic counsel on performance, compensation, and engagement.
• Translate business needs into actionable people strategies and learning roadmaps by assessing capability gaps.
• Lead and ensure execution of performance management, calibration, and development planning.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning to drive retention and internal mobility.
• Design and deliver scalable onboarding and ramp programs for Sales and Operations, partnering with SMEs.
• Develop leader and manager development experiences to strengthen frontline leadership and reduce attrition.
• Create and continuously improve learning content, workshops, playbooks, and self-service resources.
• Leverage AI to accelerate L&D content creation and role-based learning paths.
• Use data to diagnose issues, measure program impact, and define success metrics.
