Job summary

Equifax is seeking an experienced Learning & Organizational Development Consultant to design, develop, and deliver high-impact L&OD programs for Commercial Teams in Workforce Solutions. You will partner with sales leadership, HRBPs, and Global Talent Management to diagnose gaps and drive measurable results across the employee lifecycle.

You will lead learning strategy, design multi-modal solutions, and facilitate sessions to reinforce sales methodologies while collaborating with Sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a global, fast-paced environment within Learning & Development or equivalent.
• Deep expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design (ADDIE/SAM), needs analysis and ROI evaluation.
• Excellent virtual and in-person facilitation across soft skills, leadership, and business concepts.
• Experience with talent strategy enablement and delivering tailored learning interventions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design multi-modal solutions: ILT, eLearning, workshops, simulations, and digital approaches.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions for sales and leadership development.
