Job summary

Primient seeks a Sr. Business Partner, Talent & Organizational Development – Learning to lead enterprise learning strategy and governance. You will design and deliver signature leadership programs, collaborate with HRBPs and COEs, and ensure scalable, impactful learning across global operations.

Seeking 7–10 years in HR/LD with strong facilitation, data analytics, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint. Knowledge of Workday Learning and Glint preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development/Design, or a similar field.
• Master’s degree in HR, OD, or related fields preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in either HR or Learning and Development roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Workday Learning and/or Glint preferred.
• Strong data analytic and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategy aligned with business priorities, workforce plans, succession risks, and capability gaps.
• Facilitate Primient’s signature programs and leadership training; tune curricula as needed.
• Partner with HRBPs, COEs, and stakeholders to deliver global COE solutions and programs.
• Build manager capability through coaching, practice, feedback, and on‑the‑job application.
• Define success measures and use dashboards to measure learning impact and ROI.
