Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning and development, enablement, or related fields.
• Ability to design and lead enablement workshops (live, virtual, or hybrid).
• Experience creating onboarding and manager development programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end program lifecycles from concept to delivery.
• Design and facilitate engaging enablement workshops for all levels.
• Partner with People Business Partners to identify talent gaps and build solutions.
• Develop and run manager and leadership programs for faster coaching and performance conversations.
• Own onboarding experiences to accelerate new-hire productivity.
• Create playbooks and job aids for PBPs and Shared Services.
• Shape a cohesive learning architecture and integrate AI into workflows.
• Measure program impact and provide insights to leaders.
