Job summary

Equifax is seeking a Sales Learning & Organizational Development Consultant to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-impact L&D programs across Workforce Solutions. You will partner with sales leadership, HRBPs, and Global Talent Management to diagnose performance gaps, build learning architecture, and drive measurable business results throughout the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

5+ years in a global, fast-paced L&D or Sales Training role within a matrixed environment.
Deep expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE/SAM).
Experience designing or delivering learning programs for sales/revenue organizations, with familiarity with Sprint Selling and MEDDPICC.
Excellent virtual and in-person facilitation skills across soft skills, leadership and business concepts.
Proven track record of hands-on execution with measurable business impact.
Experience with LMS administration.
Proficiency with learning content tools: Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond.
Demonstrated Excel/Google Sheets data analysis to identify trends and present insights.
Direct experience in quota-carrying sales roles in financial services, data, or tech is a plus.
Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.
Psychometric assessment certifications (e.g., DISC, MBTI) or CPTD are preferred.
Experience with Workday Learning or similar platforms is a plus.
AI in learning tools knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps and priority learning areas.
Design, develop, and deliver multi-modal learning solutions (ILT, eLearning, workshops, simulations, digital approaches).
Assess and diagnose sales performance gaps and recommend practical solutions.
Provide sales training, coaching, and mentoring to the salesforce and leaders.
Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual sessions on organizational change, soft skills, and leadership.
Reinforce sales methodologies (Sprint Selling, MEDDPICC) in training.
Collaborate with Sales Operations & Enablement to curate timely, high-quality training content.
Consult with leaders and HR to diagnose root causes and drive measurable results.
Implement analytics to evaluate learning effectiveness and ROI; continuously improve programs.
