Job summary

Phaidon International is seeking an L&D Sales Enablement Consultant in the NYC metropolitan area to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs for our sales teams, enabling higher performance. You will bridge onboarding, sales enablement, and advanced training, partnering with Sales Leaders, Talent Acquisition and HR to align learning with revenue goals and drive measurable impact.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in 360 Recruitment or related sales, strong communication skills,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in 360 Recruitment or sales-related field.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to design blended learning (in-person, virtual, e-learning).
• Data-driven approach to measure learning impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new hires.
• Create learning paths covering culture, systems, processes and foundational Sales skills.
• Build resources (playbooks, toolkits, e-learning) for consultants.
• Design and deliver training on Phaidon's 360 recruitment methodology.
• Track program KPIs and apply feedback loops to improve content.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Talent Acquisition and HR to align learning with goals.
