Job summary

Auction Technology Group is seeking a Director of Global HR Operations to design and lead the operational infrastructure for the People function at scale. You’ll own the employee lifecycle systems, data governance, and cross-functional workflows across Finance, Legal, and IT.

You will build standardized processes, ensure audit-ready records, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with regional teams to meet local requirements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in People/HR Operations and global programs.
• Proven ability to design scalable HR processes and controls.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal and IT.
• Strong vendor management and accountability capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational infrastructure for the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Build scalable workflows, ownership, and controls so critical tasks are not person-dependent.
• Partner with global People leaders to ensure local compliance and consistency.
• Oversee core People systems data quality, privacy, and governance.
• Lead payroll, benefits governance and annual open enrollment processes.
