Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to support Directors in the Data & Analytics GTM org within the AWS Specialists & Partners division. The role focuses on talent strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and workforce planning in a highly technical, sales-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Knowledge of local labor law.
• Experience as a human resource generalist.
• Experience with HR theory, performance appraisal systems and staff development.
• Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and consults on organizational design and management issues, as well as influencing decision-making processes.
• Develops and executes a life-cycle approach to HR programs such as performance management, compensation cycles, and talent management by assessing organizational performance, defining talent gaps and proposing solutions in support of business objectives.
• Implements employee engagement strategies to foster an environment based on respect and values.
• Streamlines and implements new processes to create speed, efficiency and agility within the organization.
• Lead change management efforts around culture and process evolution.
• Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development and retention.
• Facilitates the consistent application, implementation and improvement of Human Resources programs.
• Partners with the HRP team and business leaders to manage day-to-day employee relations issues, in line with local legislation.
• Collaborates with leaders to execute recruitment, onboarding and training initiatives and internal mobility.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
