Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 5+ years of HR or equivalent experience across functions.
• Experience in data-driven business decisions.
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse HR team, elevating them to strategic partners.
• Drive proactive risk identification and mitigation using data insights.
• Shape the strategy for employee experience and organizational health.
• Partner with leaders to implement integrated talent strategies and succession planning.
• Lead analytics/AI usage to uncover patterns and inform senior stakeholders.
• Design culture transformation initiatives and champion DEI efforts.
• Drive strategic adoption of HR technology while preserving high-touch support.
