Responsibilities

• Coach and consult senior sales leaders on organizational design and management issues.
• Develop and execute lifecycle HR programs including performance management and talent management.
• Support workforce planning in a changing go-to-market environment.
• Implement employee engagement strategies rooted in Amazon Leadership Principles.
• Lead change management around culture and process evolution.
