Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support Directors in the Data & Analytics GTM org within ASP, partnering on talent strategy and workforce planning in a globally distributed, technically-focused sales context.

The role requires complex stakeholder management, leadership coaching, and drive across organizational design, performance, and inclusion initiatives, with a strong emphasis on talent strategy and change leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Knowledge of local labor law.
• Experience as a human resource generalist.
• Experience with HR theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development.
• Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and consults on organizational design and management issues, influencing decision-making processes.
• Develops life-cycle HR programs: performance management, compensation cycles, talent management; assesses performance and gaps.
• Implements employee engagement strategies to foster respectful, values-driven culture.
• Streamlines processes to create speed, efficiency and agility.
• Leads change management around culture and process evolution.
• Promotes diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development and retention.
• Ensures consistent application and improvement of HR programs.
• Partners with HRP and leaders to address day-to-day employee relations within local law.
• Collaborates on recruitment, onboarding and internal mobility initiatives.
