Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support multiple Directors within AWS Global Sales NAMER. You will partner with senior sales leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and workforce planning in a high-demand GenAI and cloud talent market.

You will coach leaders, drive HR programs end-to-end, and support a distributed sales and technical workforce through rapid business transformation, ensuring alignment with Leadership Principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures.
• 3+ years of human resource generalist experience.
• Knowledge of HR theory, including employee relations, learning, and performance management.
• Experience using MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Coach and consult senior sales leaders on organizational design and management issues.
• Develop and execute a lifecycle approach to HR programs such as performance management and talent management.
• Support organizational design and workforce planning in a rapidly evolving go to market environment.
• Implement employee engagement strategies to foster a high performance, inclusive environment.
• Lead change management efforts around culture and process evolution.
• Develop integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction and retention.
• Collaborate with leaders to execute recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
