Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead governance for Workday enhancements and intake processes.
• Own pipeline and roadmap, balancing priorities and resources.
• Conduct complex business analysis and process mapping.
• Translate requirements into Workday solution designs and oversee delivery.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across HR/IT.
