Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in HR Transformation within the People Consulting practice to shape innovative HR strategies and transform HR operations to improve business outcomes. This role will drive and oversee engagements, mentor managers, and identify sales opportunities while managing engagements across client sites and EY offices.

The position requires leading complex projects, building client relationships, and leveraging HR technology solutions such as ADP and UKG to deliver payroll

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in leading and guiding teams.
• Previous recent experience in a similar client facing role with a consulting firm.
• Proficiency in process optimization and automation.
• Expertise in digital strategy development and HR performance metrics design.
• Understanding of the HR technology landscape.
• Experience driving HR Strategy and Operating Model design.
• Knowledge of HR Compliance and Regulation Awareness.
• Knowledge of risk management in HR quality and operations.
• Ability to analyze organization and workforce dynamics.
• Willingness to travel and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with ~3 days per week at client site or EY office.

• UKG WFM Skills/Experience/Certifications
