Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in HR Transformation within People Consulting to shape innovative HR strategies and transform HR operations to improve business outcomes. You will lead managers, drive engagement delivery, manage budgets, and cultivate strong client relationships across a complex environment.

You will design HR performance metrics, leverage HR tech like Workday, ServiceNow HRSD or SuccessFactors, and navigate regulatory risks while traveling to client sites or EY offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 8–10 years of relevant experience
• Experience leading and guiding teams to success
• Previous client-facing role with a consulting firm
• Proficiency in process optimization and automation
• Expertise in digital strategy development
• Skill in designing HR performance metrics and measuring their impact
• Understanding of the HR technology landscape
• Experience driving HR strategy and operating model design
• Knowledge of HR compliance and regulation awareness
• Knowledge of risk management in HR quality and operations
• Ability to analyze organization and workforce dynamics
• Willingness to travel; comfortable in a hybrid environment with ~3 days per week at client site or EY office
