EY is seeking a Senior Manager in HR Transformation within the People & Behavior discipline to shape innovative HR strategies and transform HR operations for improved business outcomes. You will lead engagements across client sites in a hybrid model, manage budgets and performance goals, and drive revenue through strong client relationships.

The role requires 8-10 years of relevant experience, a consulting background, and expertise in HR strategy, operating models, and HR technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading and guiding teams to success.
• Previous client-facing consulting experience.
• Proficiency in process optimization and automation.
• Expertise in digital strategy development.
• Skill in designing HR performance metrics and measuring their impact.
• Understanding of the HR technology landscape.
• Experience driving HR Strategy and Operating Model design.
• Possess knowledge of HR Compliance and Regulation Awareness.
• Knowledge of risk management in HR quality and operations.
• Ability to analyze organization and workforce dynamics.
• Willingness to travel and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office.
