EY's People Consulting practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead HR Transformation initiatives, shaping innovative HR strategies that align with business goals. You will drive HR operations, oversee engagements, and nurture client relationships to ensure value and revenue growth.

You will guide managers, analyze HR functions, and propel innovations in HR technology, including payroll and workforce management solutions, across client environments in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years of relevant consulting experience.
• Experience leading and guiding teams to success.
• Recent client-facing experience in a consulting firm.
• Proficiency in process optimization and automation.
• Expertise in digital strategy development and HR performance metrics.
• Understanding of HR technology landscape.
• Experience driving HR Strategy and Operating Model design.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and risk awareness.
• Ability to analyze organization and workforce dynamics.
• Willingness to travel, and comfortable with hybrid work (average 3 days per week at client site/EY office).
• ADP Workforce Software technical skills/certifications.
• UKG WFM skills/experience/certifications.
