Job summary

EY’s People Consulting group is seeking a Senior Manager in HR Transformation to shape innovative HR strategies aligned with business goals. You will transform HR operations, lead delivery and budgeting, and cultivate strong client relationships to drive revenue.

You will oversee engagements, guide managers, and apply industry-leading practices in payroll and workforce management solutions, leveraging ADP, UKG, and related platforms. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in leading and guiding teams to success.
• Previous client-facing experience with a consulting firm.
• Proficiency in process optimization and automation.
• Expertise in digital strategy development.
• Skill in designing HR performance metrics and measuring impact.
• Understanding of the HR technology landscape.
• Experience driving HR Strategy and Operating Model design.
• Knowledge of HR Compliance and Regulation Awareness.
• Knowledge of risk management in HR quality and operations.
• Ability to analyze organization and workforce dynamics.
• Willingness to travel and operate in a hybrid environment with ~3 days per week on client site or in EY office.
• ADP Workforce Software technical skills/experience/certifications.
• UKG WFM skills/experience/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement visionary HR strategies and solutions.
• Manage the effectiveness of HR operations and services.
• Oversee project delivery, budget implementation, and performance goals.
• Sell and deliver HR Technology programs focused on Payroll and Workforce Management (e.g. ADP Workforce Software, UKG, etc.).
