EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager in HR Transformation within the People & Behavior discipline to shape innovative HR strategies that align with business performance goals. You will drive HR operations redesign, deliver high‑quality services, and manage risk in a complex client environment.

You will lead managers across engagements, identify sales opportunities, and oversee budgeting and resource planning for HR technology programs such as ADP Workforce Software and UKG WFM,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
Experience leading and guiding teams to success.
Client-facing consulting experience.
Process optimization and automation expertise.
Digital strategy development experience.
HR technology landscape knowledge (ADP/UKG/Workday).
Experience designing HR performance metrics.
Willingness to travel; hybrid work expectation.
Knowledge of HR compliance and risk management.
