Job summary

Slalom Build is seeking a lead senior HR and business stakeholder to drive end-to-end HR transformation engagements—from discovery and current-state assessment through design and delivery of future-state operating models and processes.

You will partner with HR leaders to support HR function strategy, service delivery model design, and transformation business cases, while designing core HR processes for efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of HR consulting, advisory, or related field.
• Experience leading discovery, design, and delivery across HR engagements.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and governance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in payroll, time & absence, or workforce management.
• Ability to translate HR strategy for business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with analytics, workforce planning, or AI in HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation engagements from discovery to future-state design.
• Partner with HR leaders on strategy, service delivery, and transformation business cases.
• Design and optimize core HR processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Advise on HRIS vendor selection and post-implementation optimization.
• Contribute to practice development, offerings, and go-to-market materials.
• Identify and pursue high-value AI-enabled HR use cases and adoption strategies.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and project teams.
