Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior HR Transformation Consultant to lead end-to-end HR transformations for clients in the United States. You will partner with HR leaders to design future-state operating models, optimize hire-to-retire processes, and guide payroll/time-absence initiatives with a focus on efficiency and employee experience.

You will work across HR transformation engagements, contribute to analytics and workforce planning, and help build Slalom’s HRT capabilities through thought leadership

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in HR consulting or advisory with operating model design.
• Lead discovery, design, and delivery across HR engagements.
• Advising on HR service delivery models and governance.
• Familiar with HRIS platforms and technology decisions.
• Payroll/time/absence and other HR domains experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements from discovery to future-state design.
• Partner with HR leaders on strategy, service delivery, and governance.
• Design and optimize hire-to-retire, performance, and learning processes.
• Support HR technology advisory engagements and vendor decisions.
• Contribute to people analytics, workforce planning, and insights.
• Build client relationships and extend Slalom's HR footprint.
• Contribute to HRT practice development and go-to-market materials.
• Identify AI-enabled HR use cases and guide adoption and change.
