Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements, guiding discovery, design, and delivery of future-state HR operating models and processes. You will partner with HR leaders to shape strategy, service delivery, and business cases.

You will design core HR processes, lead HR technology advisory work including HRIS selections, contribute to workforce analytics, and help clients adopt AI-enabled HR use cases; experience with payroll/time is a plus.

Qualifications

• End-to-end HR transformation experience advising senior HR leaders.
• Ability to design future-state HR operating models and processes.
• Experience with payroll/time-related workflows is a plus.
• Strong facilitation and structured analysis skills for strategic work.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation engagements from discovery to delivery.
• Partner with HR leaders on strategy, service delivery, and business cases.
• Design and optimize core HR processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Support HR technology advisory engagements and HRIS selections.
