Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead HR transformation engagements in the US. You will partner with HR leaders to shape strategy, service delivery models, and business cases, driving end-to-end HR operating model design and process improvements.

The role emphasizes HR technology advisory, payroll and time/absence expertise, and workforce analytics to enable scalable, efficient HR operations. Located in a client-facing environment with cross-functional teams across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end HR transformation engagements.
• Ability to design and optimize core HR processes (hire-to-retire, performance, learning & development).
• Strong collaboration with HR leaders on strategy and service delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior HR and business stakeholders through end-to-end HR transformation engagements.
