Slalom in Miami is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements, partnering with senior HR and business stakeholders to design future-state operating models and processes. You will focus on payroll, time, and employee experience while ensuring scalable solutions.

You will also advise on HR technology, vendor selections, and post-go-live optimization, acting as the voice of the business and driving workforce analytics and strategic planning across engagements.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements with stakeholders.
• Partner with HR leaders on strategy, service delivery, structure and business cases.
• Design and optimize core HR processes with focus on efficiency and scalability.
• Advise on HR technology engagement including vendor selection and readiness.
• Apply analytics and workforce planning to engagements.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and project teams.
• Contribute to HR practice development and go-to-market materials.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled HR use cases.
