You will shape HR operating models, design future-state processes, and advise on HR technology choices to optimize payroll, time management, and employee experience.

- Lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements from discovery to future-state design.
- Partner with HR leaders on strategy, service delivery models, and governance.
- Design and optimize core HR processes (hire-to-retire, performance, learning & development).
- Advise on HR technology selection, implementation readiness, and optimization.
- Contribute to people analytics and workforce planning engagements.
- Build relationships with client stakeholders to drive outcomes and expand Slalom's footprint.
- Contribute to HRT practice development and go-to-market materials.
- Identify and implement AI-enabled HR use cases within broader HR transformations.
- Work across Workforce Modernization programs with Change Acceleration and Talent & Culture teams.
