Job summary

Slalom is seeking an experienced HR transformation professional to lead end-to-end HR engagements from discovery through future-state design and delivery in the Minneapolis area. You will partner with HR leaders on strategy, operating model design, and governance, while guiding core HR process optimization and technology readiness.

The role emphasizes payroll/time/absence expertise, people analytics, and workforce planning, with opportunities to shape offerings and deliver AI-enabled HR

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in HR consulting, HR advisory, or related field with strong foundation in HR operating model design or HR process optimization
• Experience leading discovery, design, and delivery across HR engagements from CHRO-level strategy to hands-on workshops
• Experience advising clients on HR service delivery models, org structures, and governance frameworks
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and ability to act as system-agnostic advisor

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements from discovery to future-state design and delivery
• Partner with HR leaders on HR function strategy and operating model design
• Design and optimize core HR processes (hire-to-retire, performance, learning)
• Advise on HR technology implementations and post-go-live optimization
• Contribute to analytics, workforce planning, and scenario modeling
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and project teams
• Develop HRT practice offerings, tools, and go-to-market materials
• Identify and implement AI-enabled HR use cases across transformation initiatives
• Collaborate across Workforce Modernization portfolio with Change Acceleration and Talent & Culture teams
