Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead HR transformation efforts, from discovery through future-state design and delivery. You will partner with HR leaders on operating models, service delivery and governance, focusing on payroll, time/absence, and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end HR transformation engagements.
• Advising clients on HR service delivery models and governance.
• Familiarity with payroll and time/absence processes.
• Analytics and strategic workforce planning knowledge.
• Ability to translate HR strategy across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design, and delivery across HR engagements.
